We are renowned for having some of the most highly trained, professional, passionate and knowledgeable naturalists in India. We run a full-time naturalist training schools in Kanha National Park, headed by a professional trainers. We are the only company to do so. We are committed to the ongoing upskilling of our naturalists, ensuring that they place the highest priority on guest safety, guest delight and conservation, and that they provide our guests with a premium informative, interpretive, safe and memorable wilderness experience.
Training is a way of life at &Beyond - we train chefs, butlers, housekeepers, security and workshop staff with the same dedication as we do our field staff. The love of learning, upskilling and sharing knowledge is a core value of the company. We have trained pastry chef from poachers and rangers from kitchen cleaners - nothing is impossible to a heart that is ruled by guest delight.
