Day 1 & 2: Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, you will be welcomed by a member of the &Beyond team and driven to the Taj Mahal Hotel, where you will spend the first two nights of your safari. Accommodation is in a deluxe room and your stay is on a bed and breakfast basis.

On the second morning, you will explore the historical sights of  Delhi on a half-day guided tour. Discover a thousand years of history in the bustling city, built on the site of an ancient settlement. Enjoy the remainder of your time at leisure to marvel at the grand architecture, palaces, tombs, mosques and medieval ruins of Delhi.

Day 3: Agra

A chauffeured drive will take you to the railway station to board an air-conditioned express train to Agra. Your guide will be waiting when the train stops in Agra and will take you on a fascinating tour of the beautiful red sandstone monument of Fort Agra.

You will have an opportunity to rest and relax in your room at the Oberoi Amarvilas before a late afternoon visit to the breathtaking Taj Mahal, the world's most famous monument to love. Return to your hotel for a peaceful night's rest before your adventure resumes the next morning.

Day 4 - 5: Jaipur

An air-conditioned vehicle will be waiting to take you to Jaipur this morning. The six-hour journey is pleasantly interrupted at Fatehpur Sikri, where you will enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful, historical palace and mosque.

On arrival in Jaipur, you will be taken to the Taj Ramagh Palace, where you will spend the following two nights.

The following morning you will set off on a fascinating cultural tour of Jaipur.  Explore the exquisite Amber Fort, built of white marble and red sandstone, admire the outstanding art and architecture of the City Palace and take in sweeping views of the city from the Palace of Winds. Discover the exceptional Observatory, where the architecture is constructed to work as astronomical instruments.

Day 6 - 7: Pench National Park

This morning a series of flights will take you to Mumbai and then to Nagpur. From there, an air conditioned, chauffeured vehicle will be waiting to take you on a scenic two and a half hour drive to Pench National Park. Enjoy three nights at &Beyond Baghvan Pench Jungle Lodge, surrounded by forest and overlooking a dry riverbed or nullah. Explore the beauty and mystique of Pench on twice daily game drives and nature walks.

Day 8 - 10: Kanha National Park

A four-hour drive deeper into Madhya Pradesh will bring you to Kanha National Park. Here you will spend three nights at &Beyond Banjaar Tola Kanha Tented Camp, right on the edge of the Banjaar River, enjoying twice daily game drives. 

Day 11 - 13: Bandhavgarh National Park

From Kanha, you will be driven to Bandhavgarh National Park, where three nights will be spent at &Beyond Mahua Kothi Bandhavgarh Jungle Lodge, deep in the heart of the Indian jungle. Discover India's extraordinary wildlife on twice-daily game drives with expert naturalists, who will reveal dramatic wilderness landscapes and an abundant diversity of flora and fauna, including the great Bengal tiger. 

Day 14 -15: Panna National Park

This morning a vehicle will be waiting to take you to Panna National Park (approximately a six-hour drive), where you will spend two nights at &Beyond Pashan Garh Wilderness Lodge. Accommodation is in a cottage. Your stay is on a full board basis, including twice daily game drives in the company of &Beyond-trained naturalists.

Day 16: Khajuraho & Delhi

A leisurely drive will take you to Khajuraho for a tour of the world-famous temples and their erotic carvings. After your tour you will board a flight to Delhi. A member of the &Beyond team will be waiting to drive you to the Taj Palace Hotel, where you can rest and prepare for your journey home. A car will be waiting to take you to the airport in time for your flight.
