This adventure begins at Mumbai International Airport and ends at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.

Day 1 - 2: Mumbai

On arrival at Mumbai International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a member of the &Beyond India team, who will drive you to your hotel.

Spend two nights in an ensuite deluxe room at the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower. Your stay is on bed & Breakfast basis.

On the morning of the second day you will be taken on a guided tour of Mumbai including caves and temples of Elephanta Caves, the magnificent Victoria Terminus and the fascinating exhibits at the Prince of Wales Museum. After lunch you will visit Joy Shoes to have a pair made to order. In the evening, take a ride in a Victorian tonga to Gajalee, where you will enjoy a delicious crab or fish dinner.

Day 3 - 4: Udaipur

Today you will catch a flight to Udaipur, where you will be driven to your hotel.

Relax for two nights in a palace room at the Taj Lake Palace.

While you relax in your room, you will be visited by the Goel Brothers, who have tailored clothes for Udaipur's royalty for generations. In the late afternoon, once you have been measured for your custom-made suit or pair of jodhpurs, you will enjoy a boat cruise on the blue waters of picturesque Lake Pichola. The following morning you will emark ona guided tour of the City Palace, with its military architecture and decorative techniques. You can also take a stroll through Udaipur's colourful bazaars and shop for its famous silver products. In the evening, a traditional Indian dinner will be served on a pontoon in the middle of the lake.

Day 5: Jodhpur

You will be driven to the airport for a flight to Jodhpur, where a vehicle will be waiting to take you to your hotel.

Indulge in a night at the Umaid Bhawan Palace.

Spend the day on a relaxed amble through Jodhpur in search of the arts and crafts the city if famous for. Visit the India Crafts Factory for antique and handcrafted furniture and visit a quaint local village to select a soft cotton rug known as a durry, made to your choice of size, colour and design. In the evening, you will enjoy a private dinner at the  majestic Mehrangarh Fort, followed by a private tour of the fort led by the curator.

Day 6 - 7: Jaipur

Today you will board a flight to Jaipur, where you will be taken to your hotel.

Relax for two nights at the Rambagh Palace.

Spend the remainder of the day enjoying an electrifying shopping experience in Jaipur. Choose vibrantly coloured tie and dye textile from the shops in Johri Bazaar. Shop for the famous blue pottery of Jaipur at Neerja Potteries or take home some of the colourful lightweight quilts known as razais. The famous Gem Palace is the ideal place to visit for jewellery made of semi-precious stones.

The next morning, you will visit the white marble and red sandstone Amber Fort, followed by lunch at Dera-Amber. In the afternoon, you will tour the decorative City Palace, the Observatory Tower of the Jantar Mantar and the delicately shuttered Hawa Mahaj. If you wish, there is plenty of time to continue your shopping later that evening.

Day 8: Agra

After breakfast you will set off on a six-hour road journey to Agra, stopping at the ancient abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri en route. On arrival, you will be checked into your hotel.

Spend the night in a suite at The Oberoi Amarvilas, just metres from the magnificent Taj Mahal.

In the late afternoon, when the light is ideal for photography, you will explore this famed monument to love.

Day 9: Agra / Delhi

View the Taj Mahal in the rosy pink glow of sunrise. After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing excursion that will take you from the magnificent Agra Fort to the delicate beauty of the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, also known as the Baby Taj. In the afternoon, you will set off on the five-hour drive back to Delhi.

Relax for the night at The Imperial.

Day 10: Delhi

Spend the morning discovering the heart of this great city, exploring its historical sites and imposing monuments. After a quick bite at one of Delhi's cafés, spend the afternoon with a personal shopper, visiting the studios of Delhi’s top designers and discovering the stores frequented by the locals. According to your interests, you may shop for luggage at Tota Designs, browse the handwoven and embroidered shawls and scarves at Andraab, visit Pandit Juggal Joshi for an astrology reading or indulge in a dozen other shopping attractions.

Later in the evening you will be driven to Indira Gandhi International Airport, where your adventure with us will end.
