Day 1 & 2: Delhi

Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be chauffeured to the Taj Palace Hotel. You will have two days to explore the city's myriad mosques, monuments, temples, bazaars and ancient forts. A specialist food guide will escort you through Delhi, taking you to some exceptional local restaurants, as well as to a private residence to learn the art of Indian home cooking.

Day 3 & 4: Panna National Park

A short flight will take you to Khajuraho, where you will visit exquisitely sculpted medieval temples. From here, it is a short drive to Panna National Park, where you will spend two nights at &Beyond Pashan Garh Panna Wilderness Lodge. Highly trained naturalists will escort you on twice daily jungle game drives. Back at the lodge, the expert chef team will invite you into the kitchen and share recipes with you. Day 5 - 7: Bandhavgarh National Park

After a sumptuous lodge breakfast you will fly to Bandhavgarh National Park. The next three nights will be at &Beyond Mahua Kothi Bandhavgarh Jungle Lodge, deep in the heart of the Indian jungle. Witness India's extraordinary wildlife and delight in the many mouthwatering meals prepared by the team of skilled chefs. Treat your palate to an array of Indian flavours, from traditional curries and tandoori, to roasted vegetables and chili infused dishes, all served with an assortment of fresh naan breads and fruity chutneys.

Day 8 - 10: Indore

Following your jungle feast, a morning drive will take you through the countryside of Madhya Pradesh to Jabalpur Airport, where you will catch your flight to Indore. You will be chauffeured to Ahilya Fort, one of Madhya Pradesh's hidden gems. Spend three days exploring this fort, which belongs to Maharaj Kumar Richard Holkar, a seasoned gourmet who has travelled the continent visiting royal kitchens along the way. Here you will be exposed to delicious Indian fare - food fit for royalty.

Day 11: Delhi

Fly back to Delhi in time for your journey home.
